The Princeton Electris Plant Board is experiencing phone problems that occurred when strong thunderstorms moved through the area Tuesday afternoon.
Technicians are working to repair the issue and restore phone service. Until service is restored PEPB is asking customers to use the following steps to report an outage or pay a bill.

To make a payment, you can call our IVR number directly at 844-480-0181. To pay online, go to pepb.net and click on “bill pay.” The only information you will need is the account number (that can be found on your bill) and your card information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
